The Mind Thrive Mentorship Program connects students with experienced mentors who provide guidance, support, and valuable career insights. Through personalized mentorship, students develop essential skills such as time management, leadership, and problem-solving. The program also offers networking opportunities that help students gain exposure to their future industries and unlock career opportunities.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be eligible for the Mind Thrive Mentorship Program, applicants must:
• Be a full-time undergraduate student in the sophomore class and above in any recognized tertiary institution in Africa
• Be willing to learn and receive professional coaching from industry leaders
• Have demonstrated excellent academic and extra-curricular records
• Have great communication, leadership, and other interpersonal skills
Mind Thrive Africa values excellence at all times. In light of this, we select undergraduate students (mentees) with a track record of academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, leadership potentials, and career readiness.
The selection processes are as follows:
1. Complete the application form and provide detailed information about your educational record, leadership experience, career interests and goals.
2. Qualified candidates from the first stage will be invited for 30-minute interview to evaluate your skills, academic commitments, and career aspirations.
