We seek to mentor high-achieving students from their sophomore level in the university until their graduation, building the practical skills needed to thrive in the professional and business ecosystem.

To bridge the knowledge-skill gaps that exist in the education system by providing mentoring and training opportunities for undergraduates who will become industry leaders, academics, and entrepreneurs, thereby causing an exponential increase in the employability of graduates in Nigeria and Africa.
